1. The service
FixLy provides AI-generated repair diagnostics and guidance. The service is informational and is not a substitute for a licensed professional.
2. Not professional advice
FixLy diagnoses are best-effort suggestions, not certified professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether any repair is appropriate for your skill level and local code. For gas, refrigerant, high-voltage electrical, structural, or sewage work, always hire a licensed professional.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
4. Acceptable use
- No uploading of unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
- No reverse engineering or scraping of the service
- No reselling outputs without explicit permission
- No abuse of free-tier limits via multiple accounts
5. Subscriptions and billing
Pro subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel from Settings; access continues until the end of the billing period. Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
6. Intellectual property
FixLy and its content (excluding your uploads) are owned by us. You retain ownership of your uploads but grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that diagnoses will be accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixLy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage or personal injury arising from a repair attempt. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
