This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a FixLy subscription. FixLy subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used. FixLy reserves the right to review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Subscription Refunds
All refund eligibility is determined based on the type of plan purchased, how recently the purchase was made, and how much of the service has been used. Refunds, when granted, are returned to the original payment method.
3. Annual Plan Refunds
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for partial or full refunds depending on account activity and applicable consumer protection laws. As a general rule, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual plans when the service has not been substantially used.
4. Monthly Plan Refunds
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once billing has occurred, unless required by local consumer protection laws. You can cancel at any time from your account settings to prevent future renewals.
5. Trial Periods
FixLy may offer free trial periods for Pro features. You will not be charged during a trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no refund is necessary because no payment was taken. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the standard refund rules above apply.
